Why should you read this privacy policy?
This notice explains how we at MOC collect, use and protect your
information.
What information do we collect about you?
Due to the very simplified nature of the business, we collect
basic information about you to be able to provide you with the services that we
provide, this includes:
- Email
- Name
- Contact
number
Your information is only used to provide the services you
buy from us and your process is never processed or used anywhere or for any
other reason.
How will we use your information?
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide
you with on-going organizational updates
and funding information and analysis services in line with this
overall contract. We will not collect
any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this
service to you.
How long do we keep your information?
We are required under tax law to keep your basic personal
data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of years after which time
it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing & newsletter
purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to
receive this information.
With whom do we share your information?
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff and no 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them
to do so. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective
and secure processing of your personal data. More information can be found by
contacting us via e-mail.
Where do you provide legitimate access to use your
information?
To provide services, we only use your email as a major
source of information. We can use this email to communicate with you to deliver
better service. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate
and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is
inaccurate. Also, you can withdraw your consent for sharing your usage data or
receiving marketing information at any time. You can do that by sending an
e-mail to us.
All MOC personnel accessing personal information must comply
with the internal rules and processes in relation to the processing of personal
data to protect them and ensure the confidentiality of such information. We
have also implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to protect
personal data against unauthorized, or unlawful destruction, loss,
alteration, misuse, disclosure or access and against all other unlawful forms
of processing. These security measures have been implemented taking into
account the state of the art of the technology, their cost of implementation, the
risks presented by the processing, and the nature of the personal information,
with particular care for sensitive information. Although we use appropriate
security measures once we have received your personal data, the transmission of
data over the internet (including by e-mail) is never completely secure. We endeavor to protect personal data, but we
cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to us or by us.
Unsubscribe
We may, from time to time, e-mail or post you information to
make you aware of our other similar products and services which may be of
interest to you. If you do not wish to receive emails or post from us for these
purposes, or if you want to be removed from our electronic mailing list you can
either select “unsubscribe” from any of the marketing emails that we send or
alternatively.
Anonymous data
collected through this website
In addition to the information, we collect as described above,
we use technology to collect anonymous information about the use of our
website. For example, our web server automatically logs which pages of our
website our visitors view, their IP addresses, and which web browsers our visitors
use. This technology does not identify you personally, it simply enables us to
compile statistics about our visitors and their use of our website. Our website
contains hyperlinks to other pages on our website. We may use technology to
track how often these links are used and which pages on our website our visitors
choose to view. Again this technology does not identify you personally - it
simply enables us to compile statistics about the use of these hyperlinks.

Links to other
websites
This website may contain hyperlinks to websites that are not
operated by us. These hyperlinks are provided for your reference and
convenience only and do not imply any endorsement of the activities of these
third-party websites or any association with their operators. We do not control
these websites and are not responsible for their data or privacy practices. We
urge you to review any privacy policy posted on any site you visit before using
the site or providing any personal data about yourself.
Cookies
In order to collect the anonymous data described in the
preceding paragraph, we may use temporary "cookies" that remain in
the cookies file of your browser until the browser is closed. Cookies by themselves
cannot be used to discover the identity of the user. A cookie is a small piece
of information that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard
drive. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. This
enables you to decide if you want to accept it or not. We also use your IP
address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our
website. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your computer on a
network, or in this case, the internet. Your IP address is also used to gather
broad demographic information. We may also perform IP lookups to determine
which domain you are coming from (i.e.: aol.com, yourcompany.com) to more
accurately gauge our users' demographics.
Changes to this policy
We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will
place any updates on this webpage.
